HDanywhere launches the mHub 4K, a 4K-ready HDBaseT-Lite 4x4 matrix promising to deliver pixel-perfect 4K/UHD video at ranges of up to 40m, as well as HD range of up to 70m, from 4 sources to up to 4 displays.

Two additional mirrored outputs are also available from the matrix itself. 4K support includes 24 and @30Hz with 4:4:4 chroma subsampling, and up to @60Hz at 4:2:0, and HDCP 2.2 copy protection will be available from January 2015.

Installers can manage and administer the matrix via web browser on PC, tablet or smartphone. Other features include webOS, CEC matrix and display control, RS232 connectivity for 3rd party integration, fast switching and PoH receivers.

The matrix also allows installers to check cable installation quality via real-time performance feedback readings complete with electrical measurement of cable distance.

The mHub 4K will be available soon as a complete package (x1 matrix with PSU, x4 PoH receivers, x4 IR TX, x4 IR RX and 19-inch rack ears) in the near future.
