Integrated Systems Events announces ISE 2016 will be a 4 day event, as the show gets an extra day on previous editions of the show. The location remains the familiar RAI exhibition centre.
“This move has largely been driven by the demands of our exhibitors and attendees,” ISE managing director Mike Blackman says. “Quite simply, the extremely high attendance at the show, particularly on the first 2 days, saw increasing requests from exhibitors to have more time to spend with attendees."
According to Blackman ISE 2016 will compliment its exhibition halls further with a mix pre-show and on-site events, such as the 3rd annual Smart Building Conference, the Capital Summit conference and the popular ISE Theatres, providing "a lot of exciting developments."
As for ISE 2015, the organisers say they already have over 950 booked, while attendance is expected to rise above the 51000 people that visited the 2014 edition. It also sees new exhibitors, including Microsoft, Intel, Dolby Atmos, Ricoh, Outline, AEQ, Oblong Industries Siedle, Outline, Ledcom and Fibar Group.
Opening proceedings is the keynote, titled "520 Weeks into the Future: Trends and Tipping Points in the Electronic Systems Indistry", by futurist Lars Thomsen.
