  • PDF

Atlona announces the JunoX 451 HDBT (AT-JUNO-451-HDBT)-- an HDMI and HDBaseT switcher with HDR and x3 HDMI inputs together with x1 HDBaseT input, able to support 4K/UHD video at 60Hz with 4:4:4 chroma sampling.

Atlona JunoXHDBaseT support allows the switcher to receive video, embedded audio and ethernet over Cat6a or Cat7 cable up to 100m. Automatic input selection using hot plug detect (HDP) and active video detection technology intelligently switches between inputs without intervention when the user connects a new source. The Juno X is HDCP 2.2-compliant and is compatible with the 4K HDR10 and Dolby Vision HDR formats at 60Hz.

Support for all video resolutions, audio formats and colour spaces in the HDMI 2.0b specification ensures seamless interoperability with new an demerging 4K/UHD source and display devices. The switcher handles HDMI data rates up to 18Gbps, and receives HDBaseT at up to 10Gbps from current Atlona distribution solutions, such as the the AT-UHD-PRO3 family, AT-UHD-CAT product line and AT-UHD-SW series, as well as 18Gbps 4K HDR HDBaseT signals from forthcoming Atlona matrix switchers.

HDMI audio de-embedding extracts 2-channel PCM or multi-channel bitstream audio to the TOSLINK optical digital audio output for flexible integration, while support for HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC) provides a return audio pathway from TV to AVR or soundbar via TOSLINK connection. Control comes through TCP/IP, RS232 and IR, and installers can configure and manage the switcher via integrated web interface, Atlona Management System (AMS 2.0) software or the Velocity IP-based AV control platform.
