Rotel Electronics announces the RA-1592-- a stereo integrated amplifier featuring a Class AB design with 200W per channel into 8 ohms, as well as a rugged power supply with a toroidal transformer.
The high performance preamplifier section incorporates a 32-bit 768KHz AKM digital-to-analog converter and analog stages. The DAC and surrounding circuitry supports source inputs include DSD capable PC-USB (24bit/192k), 3 coaxial, 3 optical, integrated aptX Bluetooth and a front-mounted USB iPod input.
On the analog side the amp offers a phono stage input (MM), XLR balanced input and 3 analog RCA source inputs.
User-selectable A-B speaker outputs with 5-way binding posts, RCA pre-output and dual subwoofer outputs provide installation flexibility, while the amplifier protection circuits monitor DC offset, overcurrent, short circuit and temperature to protect both electronics and attached speakers.
Custom installer-friendly features include RS232 and ethernet IP control, 2 trigger outputs, remote IR input and automated digital sense power control for easy integration with streaming sources and control system.
The RA-1592 ships from June 2016.
