Danish hifi, pro-studio and automotive speaker specialist Dynaudio confirms its commitment to the CI and AV sectors as it joins The CEDIA Designer's (TCD) global cloud-based design software database.
TCD helps installers design and create cinema or media rooms using products from a wide range of manufacturers. Dynaudio products currently available on TCD include the Emit and Contour hifi speaker ranges, together with the Cinema Master 60 reference LCR speaker, the Studio series architectural range and the Sub3 and Sub6 active subwoofer. Future products will be added as they hit the market.
Using TCD installers can make tecnically accurate designs, as well as peer-reviewed standard cinema designs and documentation. It provides support documents such as audio and video calibration reports, and accurately and aesthetically presents the finished room. Finally, it produced a 3D CAD drawing ofany room in under 30 seconds. An immersive VR render functionality allows one to email an immersive VR render file to clients, without need for specialist viewing equipment.
