HDanywhere previews a 3-part whole-home AV distribution system at ISE 2015-- LayerCake, a combination of 8x8 video matrix, 12x12 audio matrix and 8-zone power amplifier available in a number of configurable packages.
The "standard" LayerCake features a fixed-format 8x8 HDBaseT-Pro (Class A) 4K-capable video matrix, a 12x12 stereo audio matrix and an 8-zone power amplifier, and delivers up to 8 multiroom HD video zones and 12 audio zones. Other packages use the HDanywhere's mHub, mHub 4K and Modular HDMI matrices in the video distribution "layer."
The LayerCake is British-made and compatible with a wide range of control systems, including Control4, Crestron, Savant, AMX, RTI, URC, DemoPad, ProControl, FIbaro and Loxone.
