Luxul starts shipping the Epic 5 router (ABR-5000) with Domotz remote management software, an onboard means to let integrators know when network issues arise, allowing them to take immediate action.
The software also shares information with the Luxul support team for swift and easy troubleshooting, and eliminates the need to purchase a separate Luxul Domotz Pro for remote management. The result is lower network costs and speedier setup, improving the bottom line for integrators while providing customers with a better experience.
Another addition is Router Limits-- a cloud-based control system for internet safety and management. Users get complete control of their internet experience, with screen time management, content filtering and browser history tracking. Router Limits also lets users control the internet access of mobile devices when they leave the home network.
The Epic 5 features 5 green or blue front-facing LEDs, while rear-facing ports include x2 WAN and x5 LAN ports. Dual-WAN capability allows the connection of the LAN with two internet connections, with load balancing and failover control. The router delivers gigabit WAN-to-LAN speeds for ultra-fast streaming and bandwidth-intensive applications, while enabling lower operational costs.
