Extron launches the DXP HD 4K-- a high performance HDMI matrix switcher series for resolutions reaching up to 4K, including 1080p/60 with Deep Colour, available in sizes from 4x4 to 16x16.
The matrices are HDCP-compliant and support HDMI data rates of up to 10.2GBps, Deep Colour up to 12-bit, 3D and HD lossless audio formats. Several Extron technologies, such as SpeedSwitch, Key Minder, EDID Minder, automatic input cable equalisation and output reclocking, enable "exceptional" switching speeds and device compatibility.
Meanwhile built-in de-embedding allows installers to route digital audio from any input to the digital or analog stereo outputs for streamlined integration.
