RTI boosts the the latest version of the XP-8s-- the remote control processor now carries a faster processor, more internal memory and an SD card slot.
The new i.MX processor has clock speeds of 532MHz, allowing for expanded two-way driver support and faster system file downloads. An internal astronomical clock handles automatic events or commands.
Flash memory totals 128MB (up from 32MP in the XP-8) and each unit ships with an additional 4GB SD card.
The XP-8s is ideal for both residential and commercial installations, combining a real-time/multi-tasking OS with expandability options. Control options include x8 two-way RS-232 ports, IR ports, built-in relays and sense inputs, as well as an ethernet port for RTI-Panel support and IP control.
