dnp Presents Biggest Screen at ISE

dnp shows off the Supernova XL screen for the first time at ISE 2015-- the biggest optical front projection screen in the world according to the company, with an image area of up to 5.3 x 3.0m (or 240-inch in 16:9).

dnp ISE Another dnp projection screen at ISE is the 110-inch Supernova Blade screen, which the company will be putting against a conventional white screen material through split-screen comparison, allowing visitors to evaluate the difference.

Also on show are a pair of prototype high contrast front projection screens-- a higher gain (0.9) version of the Supernova STS screen for single lens projector use complete with new frame and mounting method, and a high contrast screen designed for use with ultra short throw projectors.

The second screen is built on a lenticular structure and is designed for edge-blending. It is up to 1.5m tall and offers virtually unlimited width, making it ideal for wider display applications such as smaller control rooms, simulation information displays and video conferencing.
