Colorado vNet operates under a new name-- 3vNet, a rebranding following the completion of the April 2012 purchase of Colorado vNet from ex-owners Russound.
Leading the relaunch was company CEO Mike Anderson, who says 3vNet is a whole new company with new facilities, engineering and doubled tech support for dealers and customers.
The company also consolidates operations to a single location in Orlando, Florida, as part of a streamlining (cost cutting) effort.
Colorado vNet has something of a bumpy history-- launched by Bill Beierwaltes, it was closed down and eventually sold to Russound in 2008. On December 2010 Russound shut down Colorado vNet... a decision it reversed several weeks later.
Will the 3rd time prove lucky for the company?
