Sonus faber launches the Venere S-- a flagship addition to the Venere range described as the "most advanced of all Venere speakers" and an ideal bridge between the Venere and Olympica speaker collections by the company.
The 3-way speaker features a number of changes from the other models in the range, such as a new reflex port located in the lower part of the cabinet, facing the floor, not the front baffle. According to Sonus faber such a change minimises interference with the listening environment and ensures sound is “not contaminated by the spurious vibrations generated by its powerful drivers."
Powering the Venere S are three 180mm aluminium woofers promising "the best reproduction of lower frequencies." The midrange features a Curv membrane, a special thermoformed polypropylene fibre providing "the ideal solution for an absolutely natural reproduction of the main audio spectrum."
The W020 is a next generation wireless security hub. It connects to a wide array of wireless sensors and accessories, including door/window contacts, PIR motion sensors, security cameras, and flood, gas and smoke detectors, making it deal for consumer and SMB customers.
