Remote control maker URC and connected home developer iControl Networks team up to bring "whole-house automation devices with easy A/V integration to the smart home experience."

The URC-developed devices will OpenHome Partner Program certified, providing compatibility with home automation solutions running on the iControl Converge and Touchstone platforms.

iControl-compatible URC products will include a colour display wand-style remote, an in-wall touchscreen and a single-gang button-only keypad.
