CEDIA announces the location for its tenth anniversary Awards-- the Natural History Museum, London, where the association will honor the best custom installs of 2015 among the wonders of the natural world.
Thus, following an initial drinks reception the awards presentation moves to the museum's Hintze Hall, under the shadow of "Dippy," the iconic 26m Diplodocus skeleton and arguably the museum's most famous denizen.
“We are excited to have secured the Natural History Museum for this year’s CEDIA Awards,” CEDIA EMEA Executive Director Wendy Griffiths says. “It is always difficult to find a venue that will surpass previous locations which have included The Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace. Following last year’s sell-out event at the Royal Naval College, and celebrating the Awards tenth birthday, we were determined to ensure this year‘s venue was bigger and better than ever before. The Natural History Museum certainly fulfills this endeavour.”
Since 2006 CEDIA has awarded a total of 121 winners in categories covering Best Integrated Home, Best Yacht Installation and Best Training Initiative. Winners include home technology professionals and trade suppliers, and hail from throughout EMEA, including India, Holland, France, Spain, S. Africa and Pakistan.
The CEDIA Awards 2015 take place on 3 July 2015 and tickets are on sale now.
