RTI announces the RTiQ intelligent remote monitoring solution is available for free to RTI dealers. A cloud-based solution for RTI systems, RTiQ allows installers to monitor clients' AV systems, get real-time failure notifications and resolve issues.

RTiQ can monitor RTI control ecosystem and components controlled by an RTI XP control processors. Installers can monitor device status via dashboard from anywhere in the world, and receiver email and text notification in the case of failure. Once alerted, the dashboard helps the installer identify the cause of the issue, and allows custom actions to be triggered to restore the failed system or component.

Customisable actions include anything the control system is capable of, including rebooting devices, running macros or sending commands. Installers can configure RTiQ further using the Integration Designer APEX programming software, providing the tools required to deliver a better experience to customers.
