Customers with a want for high-speed mobile device charging get a Legrand solution with the Synergy-- a 13A two-gang socket with both USB-A and USB-C charging outlets.
USB-C devices have become increasingly popular, thanks to a smaller, reversible design and a much higher power output compared to USB-A. The Synergy USB socket is installable in the exact way as a standard BS 13A socket, and requires no additional wiring or installer accreditations. A two-gang variant features both standard USB-A and USB-C outlet, allowing it to charge a range of devices from just one socket.
As well as the two-gang socket, the Synergy USB range includes a one-gang socket complete with a single USB-A charging outlet. The range is available in a range of finishes, from white through to brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel and gold. A screwless "sleek" option is also available. As with all Synergy wiring accessories, the socket comes in a compact mechanism and features large angled easy-to-access cable entries and captive screws.

The Legrand Synergy USB Socket range conforms to BS 1363-2 and is ASTA-certified, while the USB charging elements are compliant to IEC 60950-1.
