Salamander Designs announces a line of cabinets designed for combination of the LG CineBeam AI ThinQ 4K Ultra Short Throw laser projector (model HU85LA) and the Screen Innovations Solo Pro 2 motorised screen.
The line offers 4 cabinet models and 3 styles ranging from the compact Model 229 to the 4-bay Model 245S. All feature a flush op surface and a recessed projector cavity design, with an extruded aluminium frame making a support skeleton. Installation promises to be simple, with no need to open the wall or ceiling to run cables.
Pinch-out rear panels allow easy access to components and wiring, while built-in louvers provide better airflow for cooling. Salamander offers a wide range of bolt-in options and accessories, such as active cooling and designer footing, as well as pull-out interior storage. The 245S and 229S models include a centre opening with a removable grille designed to hide a speaker.
The LG CineBeam AI ThinQ 4K UST projector offers 4K resolution with HDR10 and IP control. It can beam images up to 120-inch from 2m distance, and provides easy integration into any space, including rooms with ambient light. As for the Solo Pro 2 motorised screen, it is available in sizes up to 160-inch in a dozen different cassette colours.
