Origin Acoustics launches expansions to the Landscape Bollard Loudspeaker lineup at CEDIA 2019-- specifically the Big Bollard and the Bollard Light, a version of the Standard Bollard with a light on top.
The Big Bollard features a 10-inch burial subwoofer porting out of the sleeve, just before the acoustic lens. Above the lens is a 6.5-inch two-way loudspeaker. Director Collection technology allows the company to keep the width of the sleeve at around 20cm, making it larger than the original model.
Origin has also added a light on top of the Standard Bollard, making the Bollard Light. It is compatible with 12V low-voltage lighting systems via stepdown transformer, has a quick release for maintenance and takes common MR16 bulbs. Like all Landscape Bollard Loudspeakers it is powder-coated for weather, includes a premium 70V tap with bypass and the option of 360- or 180-degree dispersion.
Both Big Bollard and Bollard Light ship on Q1 2020. The Big Bollard comes with a choice of round and squared sleeves in a silver or black finish.
