Savant announces a remote control for the smart home-- the Pro Remote X2, a means to deliver a full range of control for services and scenes, including entertainment, lighting, climate and shades.
The remote features voice control via Siri, lighting colour control with Savant TrueImage and the ability to select different video tiling layouts right from the screen. Customers can personalise the smart remote experience by adding and organising icons for the control of favourite services, favourite channels and Savant scenes.
Installers can tailor the X2 to fit the room or individual user, making it easy to use for every member of the family. Quick access to the Apple TV Savant Home app turns the TV into a smart home control centre. The body is in aluminium, with easy-to-press backlit hard buttons and a 3.1-inch glass touchscreen. The remote ships in three finishes, space gray, rose gold and jet black.
“The all-new Savant X2 takes functionality and personalisation to another level,” the company adds. “Adding the choice of premium finishes on top of the convenience of programmable hard buttons and a configurable touch screen make the Savant remote a truly personal experience for each user.
The X2 is available now in space gray, with the rose gold and jet black versions to follow in Q3 2020.
