USB-C devices have become increasingly popular, thanks to a smaller, reversible design and a much higher power output compared to USB-A. The Synergy USB socket is installable in the exact way as a standard BS 13A socket, and requires no additional wiring or installer accreditations. A two-gang variant features both standard USB-A and USB-C outlet, allowing it to charge a range of devices from just one socket.
The VIP-1 acts as transmitter and receiver, reducing the amount of components, cabling and installation time required. It uses JPG 2000 compression to convert 1080p HDMI video to H.264 with Dolby 5.1 audio over 100Mbps network. The built-in scaler matches the maximum resolution of the target display, while automatically providing stereo downmixing and lip-sync adjustments.
The switcher is HDCP 2.2 compliant and supports video resolutions up to 4K2K@60Hz, 4:4:4 (10-bit colour) and multi-channel digital audio. It also supports independent, built-in 18x12 digital audio matrix with volume and delay tuning, and can handle high resolution digital audio formats including LPCM 7.1, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD Master Audio.
Installers can pair the 709P2P with any J+P receiver to create a simple point-to-point connection, or combine it with the daisy-chain receiver from the company for installations of up to 4 displays. The transmitter distributes UHD 4K video with HDCP 2.2 over a single CAT5e cable, with support for all lossless audio formats including Dolby Atmos, as well as RS232 and IR control signals using the VBS-HDMI-IRD RS232 to IR converter.
The RAX80 is based on the Broadcom BCM49408 SoC. It features two 802.11ax radios together with a 1.8GHz quad-core ARMv8 processor and an 800MHz network packet co-processor. The radios are in a 4x4:4 configuration, with one handling 2.4GHz duties (bgn+ax, with 40 MHz channels for 1150 Mbps of theoretical throughput), and the other the 5GHz channel (an+ac+ax, with 160 MHz channel support for 4800 Mbps of theoretical throughput).

The Helm is a triangular device around the size of a router. It carries 128GB of storage (with a tray allowing customers to add up to 5TB) and features a physical security key beneath a small removable cover. The key connects to the Helm via USB-C port, and handles the encryption of emails and other files. The Helm can also create backup keys on smartphones, just in case the physical key gets lost.
